Prices and payment
The prices on Ippon-Shop’s website are updated in real time. VAT and carriage costs will be added. Ippon-Shop reserves the right to change offered prices without prior notification.
A preliminary sale price will be given when the order is received, based on that current exchange rate. This will be adjusted in accordance with the days current exchange rate at the billing of the order.
* The currency rate is the exchange rate between the buying and selling currency.
Carriage costs
Carriage costs are added to all orders. The total carriage cost is estimated when your order is invoiced, which is when Ippon-Shop can see how much your parcel weighs, whether it is valid for additional bulk costs, if your order has to be delivered on a pallet, or if it comprises several parcels. For deliveries to non-EU countries emerge additional to the shipping charges customs fees, such as customs clearance fee and the relevant import value added tax. These fees are not paid by Ippon-Shop. These fees must be paid by the buyer.
Delivery
Ippon-Shop.com uses DHL and, in some cases, delivery firms for deliveries. DHL will normally try to deliver the goods to a given delivery address sometime between 08.00 and 16.00 on normal working days. However, if no-one is there to receive the goods, delivery will be made to the nearest distribution point for collection.
Unclaimed parcels
For packages that have not been claimed on delivery and have been returned to Ippon-Shop.com, the customer hast to pay the amount of money to cover Ippon-Shop’s costs for transportation and handling.
Consumer (private person) rights to repurchase in connection with distance agreements
Consumers have the right to exercise withdrawal in accordance with German consumer protection legislation, in which case the customer shall notify Ippon-Shop.com by sending back an ordered product or providing Ippon-Shop.com with information about a repurchase within 14 days from receiving the goods or part of the goods. The right to repurchase does not, however, cover software and audio and image recordings for which the seals have been broken. By sealing is also meant technical seals such as serial numbers. Repurchase will only be approved for goods that haven't been used, altered or damaged.

Inherent product risk becomes the responsibility of the buyer as soon as Ippon-Shop has dispatched the goods. For consumers, inherent product risk becomes the buyer's responsibility as soon as the goods have been received by the customer.

Ippon-Shop.com is responsible for any personal data customers provide us with. We store information in order to fulfil our obligations as a seller and for marketing uses. Whenever you wish, you can change your data (including canceling catalogues and direct mail) by logging on to our website with your user name and the password you received by e-mail. The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with German law, excluding UN-commerce law. This German law is applicable even when ordering from or delivering to a country other than Germany. All points of these terms and conditions remain valid, even if one of the above points is invalid. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often.
Vouchers and discounts
Shopping/gift vouchers may not be combined with discount redemptions.
Promotional and gift voucher cannot be transferred into cash.
