One fitness tool, versatile training methods: The bag's shape allows you to work out both your upper and lower body while emphasizing your grip strength with three different types of handles. It incorporates all primal movement patterns that mimic natural movements.
For the Original Bulgarian Bag® there are different weight categories which are indicated in the sizes XS - XXL. Our size chart (check above) gives you a good guideline, which Bulgarian Bag® fits best for you. The colored bands on the Bulgarian Bag show you the corresponding size: XS/5kg: Yellow // S/8kg: Green // M/12kg: Red // L/17kg: Grey // XL/22kg: Brown // XXL/30kg: Black.
The weight of each bag is located on the inside curve of the bag in between the two main handles.
